The "Swan Lake Restaurant"

This Signature Restaurant will be the newest innovative approach in the  culinary art. It features a fusion style menu, highlighting European, Mediterranean and exotic cuisine blended with classic local dishes from Bulgaria and the Middle East, with an extensive wine list, featuring both regional and world class wines.
The ambiance is wine country comfortable in every detail, from décor to style to attitude. Art works on the ceiling will highlight the dinning room, which will be set along an artificial lake with nice water lilies & will be illuminated by light works. The restaurant also offers glorious outdoor dining on the magnificent terrace.

The chef's table

With a custom created menu and  a setting as unique as that found,  the Chef’s Table will offer discrete hide away embracing a passion for tradition and excellence. Always with eye appeal and artistic arrangements the chef's table will be the perfect stage to view the last creations in gastronomy. Up to 10 special guests can  enjoy an exclusive tailored menu with chef's recommended wine list.

Le Cave du Roy

Enjoy the exclusive chateau style setting of the "Le Cave du Roy" located in the underground cave. For up to 22 guests, With its Venetian trend, sculptures, romantic fireplace and beautifully Bordeaux tones, it gives a sophisticated royal feel and old World charmed treasures. You will experience the pace and the mastership of the chef who will be continually behind or near your table. You will have your multi courses directly from the fire. Really it will be unforgettable experience.
