The Avren
Hill wine cellar, will be located at the
Avren Ridges eco resort, as a home to some
of the Bulgaria's best wines. We are daring
for an international selection including
some of the world’s best wine producers. It
would be arguably the country's first & best
place where a local & an international
selections is concerned.
The wines in the local selection are from
famous Bulgarian regions and exclusively
made and bottled for the Avren Ridges eco
resort.
The international selection will be
carefully-selected from the Old and New
World wine labels, plus a variety of fine
Champagnes and sparkling wines.
A breathtaking Mediterranean masterpiece
will be set amongst sweeping views of
Varna's most beautiful estate vineyards. The
guest house’s 27 stunning suites are located
in the main building and 3 separate villas
around the swimming pool on over 25 decars.
We shall offer 4 star accommodation in
Deluxe, Executive or Junior suites, that are
the ultimate achievement of luxury and
elegance, each suite feature a different
layout, style and décor in the tranquil surroundings of our eco resort
and our organic farm & gardens. Heavenly beds,

The Restaurants
The interior design
by
George Ata
has masterfully combined the warm
comfortable feel of the Varna Highland
neighborhood with a European flair. A
romantic see through fireplace in the main
dining room is complimented by dark hardwood
floors and walls reminiscent of what you may
find in an old European Renaissance Villas.
A beautiful custom designed black granite
bar is great for casual dining or just
enjoying a glass of wine with your
friends and neighbors. The art work
you will find on the walls are all from
Hovannes Papazian
who paints wine art exclusively. If you are
looking for a very unique dining experience,
consider reserving the chef's table,
a semi private room where you can have a
custom meal prepared by our executive chef.
If outside dining is your preference, we
have a large covered
patio that overlook a magnificent panorama.
For those who like the Chateau intimate
style they will find it in the bistro "Le
Cave du Roy".
Our
restaurants offers a true chef
driven menu that is updated regularly by the
seasonal freshness of our backyard garden and a wine list with
over than 450 selections.
